The wide use of pesticides can lead to environmental and human adverse effects. Diazinon, as an organophosphorous pesticide, is used in agriculture because of its low cost and high efficiency on insects. Due to the increasing application of pesticides, accurate analytical methods are necessary. The aim of this work was modification of carbon paste electrode composition and applying it as a sensor for determination of diazinon in biological and environmental samples. Multi‐walls carbon nanotubes and a molecularly imprinted polymer were used as modifiers in the sensor composition. A molecularly imprinted polymer and a non‐imprinted polymer were synthesized for applying in the electrode. After optimization of electrode composition, it was used to determine the analyte concentration. Instrumental parameters affecting the square wave voltammetric response were adjusted to obtain the highest current intensity. The modified electrode with MIP showed very high recognition ability compared to the electrode containing NIP. The obtained linear range was 5×10−10 to 1×10−6 mol L−1. The detection limit of the sensor was 1.3×10−10 mol L−1 and the relative standard deviation for analysis of target molecule by the proposed sensor was 2.87 %. This sensor was used to determine the diazinon in real samples (human urine, tap, and river water samples) without special sample preparation before analysis. The optimization of electrode composition containing mentioned modifiers improved its response considerably.  相似文献

CoFe2O4 and Cox Fey were anchored into activated carbon (AC) to synthesize CoFe2O4/Cox Fey /AC composites using the sol–gel method for Cd(II) adsorption from wastewater. The results indicated that CoFe2O4 and Cox Fey nanoparticles existed in the pores of AC. The magnetic properties of CoFe2O4/Cox Fey /AC indicated it could be separated and retrieved easily using an external magnet after Cd(II) adsorption. The effects of solution pH, temperature and initial Cd(II) concentration on the Cd(II) adsorption of AC and CoFe2O4/Cox Fey /AC were investigated. The standard free energy, enthalpy change and entropy change were evaluated. The kinetic parameters of Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal equation were analyzed, and the Freundlich kinetic model was feasible for describing the Cd(II) adsorption process of CoFe2O4/Cox Fey /AC composites.  相似文献

New metal-free phthalocyanine (7) fused symmetrically in peripheral positions with four dithiatetraoxa macrocycles, has been synthesized by cyclotetramerization of the isoindolinediimine derivative of macrocyclic 6. Metallophthalocyanine (8) was synthesized by reaction of phthalonitrile derivative (5) with anhydrous nickel(II) chloride. Three new 2,2′-diamino-4,4′-bithiazole (DABTZ) lead(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR-, 1H-NMR-, and 13C-NMR-spectroscopy. The single crystal X-ray structural analysis of [Pb(DABTZ)(μ-SCN)(μ-NO3)] n shows the complex to be a 1D chain polymer as a result of sequential thiocyanate and nitrate bridging. The Pb atoms are seven-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of the 2,2′-diamino-4,4′-bithiazole, three nitrate and two thiocyanate ligands. The arrangement of the 2,2′-diamino-4,4′-bithiazole, nitrate and thiocyanate ligands does not suggest a gap in the coordination around the PbII ion, caused by a stereo-active lone pair of electrons on lead(II) where the coordination around the lead atoms is the less common holodirected.  相似文献

The performance enhancement of 3D-printed electrode comprised of polylactic acid (PLA) and graphite (Gr) doped with graphene oxide (GO) was studied to detect five heavy metal ions in trace level. The pretreatment of PLA/Gr/GO electrode with potential cycling in H2SO4 solution achieved the most sensitive response. The characteristics of the composite electrodes were verified using XPS, FE-SEM, EDXS, Raman, and impedance spectroscopy. The experimental variables affecting the response current were optimized with respect to pH, deposition time, ratio of PLA/Gr/GO, and supporting electrolytes. The pretreated 3D-PLA/Gr/GO electrode showed a wide dynamic range from 0.5 ppb to 1.0 ppm with low detection limits of 0.039–0.13 ppb. The reliability of the PLA/Gr/GO electrode was evaluated by analyzing the reference samples of European Reference Materials.  相似文献

Pressure-related sensing materials in mechanochromic luminescent materials have received wide attention. However, at present, most piezochromic luminescence (PCL) materials have problems such as aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) effect due to the presence of powder form, complicated preparation methods and fluorescence quenching effect under high pressure. To solve these problems, we employ three components containing carbon dots (CDs), layered double hydroxides (LDHs) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to construct the CDs-LDHs/PVA film. The LDHs can provide a rigid environment for CDs and improve the luminescent efficiency of CDs. The film shows high sensitivity, stability and reversibility. Moreover, the compressed film can recover to its original state by heating. Therefore, the PCL film with dual emission (fluorescence and phosphorescence) characteristic is constructed, which boosts the sensitivity of pressure-sensing.  相似文献
